1. Be responsible with acquisition. Donors are declining. How and where you find new ones is imperative to your success.

2. Think intentionally about audience segmentation ad messaging. Use data as the diplomat to ensure you can deliver the right message, to the right person, in the right place

3. Focus on stewardship. It costs much less to retain an existing donor than it does to acquire a new one. Ensure your organization is thanking donors and letting them know just how important they are
